Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of Soundlink. Please read them before creating an account or using the service.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. About these terms
Soundlink is operated by Soundlink.me. By creating an account or using Soundlink, you agree to these terms. If you use Soundlink for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Contact us at privacy@soundlink.me.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian able to accept these terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Soundlink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, display and distribute that content solely to operate, promote and improve the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content, artwork, music information and links you publish.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Soundlink unlawfully; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; impersonate others; publish malicious, deceptive, hateful or abusive material; distribute malware or spam; probe or circumvent security; scrape the service at unreasonable volume; or interfere with the service or another user. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary.
5. Music links and external services
Automated music matches and links may be incomplete or incorrect. Account holders are responsible for checking links before publishing and keeping them accurate. External services are controlled by third parties and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Soundlink does not control their availability, content or treatment of information.
6. Purchases and sellers
Products shown on an artist’s page are offered by the artist or seller identified on that page. The seller is responsible for product descriptions, fulfilment, delivery, returns and applicable consumer rights. Soundlink supplies the technical platform and may use Stripe to process payment. Any mandatory rights under consumer law—including rights relating to faulty goods and, where applicable, cancellation—are not affected by these terms.
7. Paid plans
If paid Soundlink plans are offered, the price, billing period, included features and cancellation arrangements shown at purchase form part of the contract. Recurring plans continue until cancelled. We will give reasonable notice of material price or feature changes. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where the purchase terms or law require otherwise.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of a material change affecting paid users.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Soundlink at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment or where required by law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Soundlink is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for third-party services. For business users, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by that user to Soundlink in the preceding 12 months. Consumers retain all mandatory legal protections.
11. General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights without our consent. We may transfer our rights as part of a reorganisation or sale without reducing consumer protections.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Soundlink or the law. We will publish the updated terms and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
